This one involved a bit more work, than you think. First, I cut the moutains out and the moon and placed them into the background image, changed them to soft light and turned down the opacity. Next, I cut out the girl and placed her on the rock in the background image. Changed the color balance placed a blue photo filter on her. Then the tricky part, her dress had light (sun) on it so I had to make a glow or light beam from the moon so it looks like the moon is creating the light on her dress. I just took white paint and the paint brush painted on its own layer then changed the opacity blured it and wholla done!
